Shipping and Returns
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to leave our studio. Although we try to get all orders out same day if placed by 3:00pm M-F (CENTRAL TIME) sometimes it is an impossible task.
* Once the tracking number says the package was delivered, we are no longer responsible for your package. If your package gets stolen, we do not send a replacement package since this is out of our control. Please send to a safe place.
Our goal at Beauty Believer is to have happy satisfied customers! We know ordering online can be difficult, ask for assistance in color matching if you are unsure before your order! If you feel like you need to return an item the conditions are as follows:
- Unopened, unused, or untested cosmetics that are re-sellable may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivery of the goods indicating the order number. Due to sanitation reasons, used or tested items cannot be resold, therefore we cannot take that item back. If you are unsure about a color match please email a selfie to email@example.com before ordering! Beauty Believer will assist you in color matching. If an incorrect item is sent in your order, please contact us (please include order#) and we will email you a mailing label to send the item(s) back.
- If you receive a damaged item Beauty Believer will replace the product. During the warmer months if your creamy items melt due to being outside on your doorstep/mailbox for too long we do not replace those products. Please be sure to send your package a safe place!
- There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to any returned merchandise that was ordered online and shipped (this does not apply to exchanged items)
- SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
